Remove Account

Erase my account Permanently erase the personal data associated with your account or email address. This action cannot be undone. Your questions and answers will remain on the site, but will be disassociated and will not indicate your authorship even if you later return to the site.

In case you decide to remove your account, do the following:

Step 1: Enter your email address in the form below.

Step 2: Describe reason you want to remove your account.

Step 3: Click on “Submit” button.

We'll review your request and remove your data within 48 hours. All the following data will be remove from the server include: Your cookie session, your user data, chat history, order history, your balance, media file and all your in-app purchases.
